2018 Garden of the Year

This summer we have been a featured garden on Radio York and have been appearing regularly on Julia Lewis’ Sunday show – my final appearance was on Sunday 9th September, catch up with it here.

National Recognition

We have felt very honoured this summer to have been recognised in a number of national publications.

We have been named one of the ‘50 Gardens to visit in 2018’  by the English Garden Magazine. Below is an extract of the feature describing the 5 gardens in Yorkshire to be selected.

 

 

We were also in the Spring Edition of The English Garden, a feature called Hardy Heroes looked at our many varieties of hardy geraniums.

 

 

Our hardy geraniums also featured in the RHS Magazine and Living magazine ran a splendid feature on the September Art in the Tea Room artist, Kate Pettit.

Over the years the garden has featured in many publications and even on Belgian TV.
