We are pleased to be part of the ‘Get to Know Your Own Heart’ festival, which offers people in the Selby region the chance to celebrate, discover and explore the many gems right here on their doorsteps.
This year we are opening for Selby Residents on the morning of the 21st April between 10:00 and 12:00. Admission will be just £3 and can be purchased from the entrance hut on the day.
Why visit? See how we manage the garden for wildlife and listen to the bird song and enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility. Highlights will include tulips, early flowering blossom and wildflowers in the meadow.
Spring is such an exciting time in the garden and if you are inspired by what you see here you will receive a 10% discount off all purchases from the well-stocked plant nursery.
Pop into the tea room for some light refreshments and view the April art exhibition, watercolours by Rachel McNaughton, or browse our range of locally sourced produce and gifts.
The garden is described as a hidden gem - and it is right on your doorstep. This is your opportunity to discover this wildlife-friendly English garden.
We are sorry but dogs are not allowed in either the plant nursery or garden (except for assistance dogs). You are welcome to exercise your dog in the grass car park.
All courses include entry to the garden plus welcome coffee and biscuits. Unless stated, materials are provided and you will leave each workshop with plenty of reference information.
Workshop fees cannot be refunded if you cancel less than 7 days prior to date of workshop.
